If you would like to ship your order to several addresses, here's how:
- Once you've added all the products you want to your shopping bag,
click "Continue Checkout" and begin the checkout process.
- If you are a Returning Customer and go right to the BILLING/SHIPPING
page, click "ship to more than one address" under the SHIPPING ADDRESS.
- If you are a New Customer, complete the BILLING page and
click "continue checkout." In the first box on the SHIPPING page, click on "If
you want to ship to more than one address, click here."
- Choose a shipping address for each item from the pull-down menu or
click "Add a New Address" to enter additional addresses. Click "Continue
Checkout" when finished.
- Select a Shipping Method and Gift Wrap options for each shipping
address. Click "Continue Checkout."
- Review your order and click "Submit Order."
Each shipment will be assigned a separate order number. You will receive an
email confirmation when each shipment leaves our fulfillment facility.

Jo Malone Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your Jo Malone Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.
Standard Service
- Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories are
delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Most orders
destined for APO/FPO are delivered within 14-21 business days.
2nd Day Service
- 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
- We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
- 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
- Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
- We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
- Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
