How to shop online
Welcome to Jo Malone Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.

Step One:
Type the quantity of product(s) you wish to purchase (up to six [6] of any single item) in the quantity box. Learn more about our Maximum Purchase Policy.

Step Two:
Click the "Add to Bag" button to place the selected product(s) in your shopping bag. If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click "Add to Bag" once to place them all in your bag. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page. You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order at any time.

Step Three:
When you've completed shopping, click the "Continue Checkout" button found on at the top of the page.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-866-305-4706 for assistance.

Click on "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page to display the list of items selected for purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button next to the quantity box. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.

Item availability
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-866-305-4706 and we will be happy to assist you.

Pre-sell Items
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September") is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.

Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.

Steps for Redeeming an Offer Code:
  1. Enter your offer code on the "Payment Information" section of the "Billing" page.
  2. Type in the rest of the required information.
  3. Click "Continue Checkout" and the offer will be applied to your order.
When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed in the "Order Review" page.
