I’m currently sitting comfortably at my desk in Scotland powering through my to-do list whilst listening to my favourite playlist. There’s a Sweet Almond & Macaroon candle burning and I’m just about to make a cup of tea!

My top five tips for things to do in Glasgow are:
1. West End
Spend an afternoon wandering the West End; Byres Road is lovely, and Blooms, my favourite florist, is nearby too. There’s so many coffee shops and cute boutiques around here, and Glasgow University is beautiful – it looks just like Hogwarts!
2. Ashton Lane
Head to Ashton Lane in the evening for dinner. The twinkling lights make it so romantic and there’s a great selection of restaurants nearby, or grab a cocktail at the Grosvenor, a cute little cinema and café. It’s one of my favourite spots!
3. The Big Feed
We have an amazing street food festival called The Big Feed which is held a couple of weekends a month. There’s a prosecco van, a taco stand and seriously delish vegan bakes – what more could you want?
4. Queens Park
Grab a coffee at Market, my husband Jordan’s coffee shop in the southside. It’s very ‘grammable, and the coffee and cakes are divine. Grab a hot drink to go and walk around Queens Park, it has an amazing view of the city from the flagpole at the top!
If you can, check if there’s a gig at Barrowlands! The venue is world famous and has the most incredible neon sign you will ever see. It’s the best place to see live music!
