I am currently in my Dubai apartment, at my dining table tricking myself into thinking if I work on a dining room table then it feels less like work. Playing tour guide for my home town is always fun and a very welcome distraction!

Fragrance Combining™: I’m currently
wearing Red Roses and Peony & Blush Suede.
I fell in love with Red Roses recently and can’t get over how fresh the scent is, it reminds me of rose water which is a huge staple in Arab culture. First I use the Red Roses Body Crème and then spritz a little of the Peony & Blush Suede Cologne on my wrists and décolletage, avoiding any rubbing so as to not disturb the scent,
et voilá

‘Avoid rubbing your fragrance -
you don’t want to disturb the scent.’

My top five tips for things to do in Dubai are:
1. SALT at Kite Beach on a Friday or Saturday
for your cheat meal. I became pescatarian last year, but it’s probably one of the only burgers which could turn me back!
2. Home Bakery in Jumeirah because they have
the best chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever have. I can’t ever go back to London without at least 2 or 3 boxes in hand for friends and family.
3. Strolling through Bastikiya in Old Dubai for a
wonder around the art galleries and a traditional Arabic breakfast. It’s one of my favourite areas in Dubai for a dose of culture.
4. Walking around Al Serkal Avenue in Al Quoz, it’s another one of my favourite areas in Dubai, completely stripped back from the glitz and glamour of the city, very industrial and has a great offering of independent cafés, stores and galleries.
5. A drink at 101 at the One&Only The Palm.
The view at sunset is sensational.
