Jomalone.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Shipping service are processed and shipped in 4-10 business days, depending on product availability. 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
- 1. Check with neighbors and family members
- 2. Look around the delivery location
- 3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
- 4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
