Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

2nd Day Shipping: Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.

Overnight Shipping: Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

We are currently unable to accept orders that are shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped

eGift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their sender within 24 hours after payment authorization

When you click on My Orders, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

After your order is shipped you can track the delivery status of your order online with our carrier by clicking the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
If your order was placed less than 60 minutes ago and you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select the order you would like to cancel or you can cancel via the link in your order confirmation email. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you would like to change any part of your order, the most efficient way to resolve this would be to cancel your order and then place a new order with your preferred payment method/products/shipping address.

WHY DID MY ORDER CANCEL?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If your online order is placed by a Stylist in a Jo Malone London Boutique, the full purchase price of your item(s) (including taxes) will be immediately charged to your form of payment at the time of purchase and before your item(s) ship.
